•  Appointments can be virtual or in person, at my office in Tacoma, WA
• Access to Hume Body Pad, (in-office, Tacoma, WA) 
•  Develop a personalized way-of-eating plan 
•  One email a month with recipes, product reviews, pro tips, articles, and other materials
•  Accountability coaching- supporting healthy habits, nutrition, and fitness goals
•  Between meeting text support
